The screen protector works great, and the help received by Best buy was awesome.

Good protection and fairly easy to put on. I’ve been using these for years.

The invisibleShield is nice when it's in good condition. The surface is smooth and does not hinder touch recognition. The problem is it is easy to crack. Although Zagg offers free replacement (just pay shipping), it is annoying knowing it will be cracked within a month.

I purchased because of the "warranty" offered, no repurchase but didn't realize the catch. I can buy them much cheaper at a discount store and work just as good.

best buy installed looks okay only time will tell if it holds up

We shopped Best Buy years ago and it was a A+ company. my husband needed a screen saver for his phone so we went to your store. The sales person was very helpful. We made a Choice and asked if we could get it put on. He in formed us there was a charge so we agreed than when my husband ask for a bag they tell us that will be 10 cent . I give you granted its not a lot but it sure kicks customer service in the butt. We declined the bag and waited 20 minutes to have it put on, and here it is 3 days later and the screen saver has air bubbles. Business rating just went from a A+ to a D- would not refer anyone to this company

The representative at the register was too busy rushing everyone through the line bc it was busy that when she saw i purchased a glass screen she asked me to go to geek squad to get it put on. i went & paid, then before i was leaving the geek squad member told me he forgot to charge me for install AFTER i had already paid for my items. I was never informed of a fee for getting the screen protector on, i could have done that myself for free. Moral of the story, inform people that before you send them over there! I was not happy with my experience at the location off of Midway Rd.

The iPhone we purchased for my husband worked great for a week, but soon the SIM card began to malfunction. We decided to take it to the Verizon Store to replace it for free. Not sure why the SIM card would malfunction like that, but not good for someone who needs it for his job.
