There were “bubbles” under the screen when I first applied it, but they have since smoothed out. I gave this a 4 star rating only because sometimes I need to press the screen repeatedly especially if the phone is at a bit of an angle. There is also a slight ledge where the glass screen protector sits on top of the phone. It doesn’t bother me, but others might not like that.

It got pretty beat up during her travels across Europe for almost a year. She is tough on the hardware. Always has been. A few weeks after she came home, we went to BB with the receipt to take advantage of the warranty. The item was replaced (including installation) no problem. We are happy customers.
