Iphone screen replacement

So we took the time on a day off to go to the store to replace it. Our salesperson was very attentive, friendly and helpful. She really went the extra distance to help us with our purchase.

The phone companies change the phone so when you get a new one you have to buy all new items. I bought 3 items and the cost was $100. I think it is ridiculous. Not really Best Buys fault but the designers and makers of the phone Apple.

Replacement phone problems corrected

There were many problems and inconveniences however, Best Buy acknowledged them , corrected the issue and decided to not charge me for the repl phone.
