Replacement phone problems corrected

There were many problems and inconveniences however, Best Buy acknowledged them , corrected the issue and decided to not charge me for the repl phone.

The phone companies change the phone so when you get a new one you have to buy all new items. I bought 3 items and the cost was $100. I think it is ridiculous. Not really Best Buys fault but the designers and makers of the phone Apple.

Not sure it’s worth it

I’m not sure I would choose to pay a huge premium over the similar generic versions of this just to get replacement screens. The installation was easy but not much different than anything else I’ve used.

I’ve had some from high quality ones for about the same price range and usually get bubbling around the edges and this one does not do that. This one 7 months later and still looking new with no smudge marks or any cleaning of the screen whatsoever. You won’t even tell it’s there.
