This is my second phone using a ZAGG InvisibleShield and I'm a fan. The only slight complaint that I've had with these is that if the protector or your hand is wet it won't register taps on the screen. Literally has to be bone dry to work properly. A small compromise for the peace of mind that comes with knowing that I'll never have to deal with a cracked screen.

Your sales person, I forgot his name, patiently answered my questions. He spent at least an hour setting up my new phone, explaining changes, and showing case and screen cover options. He even put the screen protector on for me. He was extremely patient, kind, and personable.

Excellent feature they come with is that it does not leave fingerprints behind, amazing! I am taking a star because the sensitivity seems to be a problem with this particular model. I have adjusted the sensitivity and response on my phone, but it is still lagging some. Good product overall.

This one was actually easy to put on, as long as you follow the instuctions. I can't stress that enough. I haven't had any issues yet, but I also haven't had my phone for too long. Regardless, so far I'm happy with this purchase.

I was extremely pleased when I took it back and it was replaced very quickly for no extra cost! Great service, and have had no problems with the product since then.
