Cracks very easily. I guess it’s better than the actual screen cracking. And I’m about to go in and test the lifetime warranty on it. I’ll report back here

Cracked shortly after install. Has a lifetime warranty but you have to take the screen off and mail into the company. Most people are not going to waste their time.

It’s not unbreakable - it’s broken twice. It’s free to get a replacement, but I had to pay $7.50 for them to put it on the phone.

Not bad, but after only a few months, it is already coming off of my phone despite my following directions exactly on how to attach it to my phone.

It cracked the week after it was purchased! I paid extra this time to upgrade to a better version of the protection shield.

Ive used several ZAGG protectors, these are nice, but honestly I prefer the self healing screen protectors they make. These break way to easy.

Ok…. One corner won’t stick.. material feels strong. Can seed clearly with minor bubbles only visible when phone is not in use

Good strong case, there is one flaw in tit however. At the charging point, there’s a big open space that can allow you to crack the backplate.

Broke on the first drop but saved my phone. I expected at least 2 phone drops before breaking.

Quality is good. Warranty replace is easy but is sent using a service that takes 2 weeks for deliver.

I like it but it broke to easily had to change it after 3 months of usage, only good thing is that there was a lifetime warranty.

This product came with no instructions and left an air bubble that would not go away

Originally purchased this and applied it myself. I had a difficult time getting the bubbles to clear up. I returned the item to Best Buy.

I wouldn’t recommend it. Breaks easily, bestbuy does have insurance and they will replace it.

I think the product is fine for most people but for me it was terrible. I’m a runner and I run with my phone. Of course I get a little sweat on the phone while running. Very inexplicably and during a run the phone touchscreen becomes totally unresponsive. Then after calling Apple support - I took off the screen protector and voila everything is fine and working again! Be aware of this if you exercise with your phone.

This was the only item that Best Buy had I wanted the privacy shield but they did not have it but this will do for now

Not happy with this one. Cracked it within a week and I don’t abuse my phone.

This glass stayed on my phone perfect for about 3 months now it has come off thankfully bestbuy replaced it for free

Not bad but could be better does good job at hiding fingerprints but small drop but a long cracked line on it
