Customer service great however, the iphone cover already broken must return. Plan to do that at the TN office Friday. Was purchased in Roanoke, VA. Hopefully the replacement will not break immediately.

I bought the expensive one because it is supposed to be smudge proof. It’s awful. I clean my screen more than ever! I am very disappointed in this product

I’ve purchased the product on the basis of if strength, but recently I’ve had to get this replaced and the associates have been putting on the wrong (SP) plz Best Buy fix this!

Poor quality. It us not smudge free like previous version. It makes no sense to waist money on it, specially if we are trying to protect an iPhone 12 pro or pro max. I had to return it.

Product cracked several days after purchase, when phone was dropped on floor. It cracked in several places, cracked from one side to the other. I am very disappointed with this product.

After having it on only four days, the protector has already cracked. Also, when you go to hit buttons, it makes them freeze up more than half the time.

this is the worst screen protector. they claim it's anti fingerprint, that is a complete lie. they wouldn't issue a refund, I don't recommend this product or company.

More a review for the tech not product. Tech installed it off center and with dust under the glass. Pointed it out and he came back with the same thing if not worse.

The screen started to show some air bubbles on the edges a week after I applied to the phone , screen always looks dirty even though I'm always wash my hands .

It fell the second day n cracked!!!!! You attended said it cracked prove so I fail to understand considering the amount you charge for the product????

this wasnt a very good product, the kids were playing on the phone and dropped it so it was quickly cracked would no recommend this to anyone.

Since putting this glass protector on my touch screen isn’t working I’ve tried adjustments and nothing seems to help.

It cracked within a week. We went to Best Buy to talk about the issue and the line was too long so we'll go this week and try to resolve the issue.

It says it fits iphone SE but it's too small ! Should have done a better job landing it and when it came in the mail the box doesn't say that it fits SE

Pricey and worthless. Shows fingerprints like none I've ever seen. Can't name brand but found some less than half cost and got a 3 pack online

Trash, this thing was new and had a finger print on it and its a screen protector so you cant return it. Waste of almost $50 DONT BUY THIS

Cracked in about 3 weeks, straight down the middle, from minor bumps and not from being dropped. Would not recommend.

Broken within weeks. Disappointed. I bought another one a s that one broke within weeks. Never experienced this before
