I purchased this, and I paid an additional 8.00 to have it installed, it’s already lifting off. I had one put on my other phone at the T-mobile store at no cost for installation, never had a problem. I will have to go back. That’s so frustrating. The screen itself seems to be good.

I went to the store to buy these two items but could not so I bought them online

I bought this Zagg product, normally a great manufacturer of phone cases/screens. I even paid to have Best Buy put it on my phone correctly. To no avail, moisture gets under the screen and then begins to slowly just fall off, like tape that has lost it’s adhesive. I was quite pleased for 2 months. Between the case, install, and screen, I paid about $2/day to buy this product. FAILURE! Unacceptable

Lasted a week and cracked in a Lifeproof Case. The lifetime warranty is too much work to deal with if this is going to happen every 2 weeks or so. I have never had good luck with Zagg glass shields, moving on to a different brand.

I have bought several of these over the years. They always crack and break pretty quick. The company will send you more, but it's a hassle. This is the last time.

This does not fit an iphone 12 or 12 pro max. Too small and is not usable.
