I’ve been using Zagg for years, it comes with a template so installation is a breeze. If you clean the screen as instructed, you can’t mess it up. But the most important thing is that it works, phone had a hard drop, the screen protector cracked but the screen stayed intact. Contact Zagg,,,send it back and you get a new one for shipping costs. Can’t go wrong.

When I got my new iPhone I opted for a glass shield to protect the screen. I have dropped my phone, had it slide out of my hand, even accidentally flung it across the room and the glass held each time. One year later I finally got my first crack lol. The glass of the phone itself underneath is just fine. The glass is clear, cleans easily and doesn't obstruct use of the screen. I'll be buying another one soon!

Zagg is always a go to for screen protectors, and you can return them to Best Buy now instead of sending them to Zagg for the replacement!

Great screen protector and it has a lifetime warranty. If it cracks, you can bring it back to Best Buy for a replacement under the warranty.

The screen protector is great, however, they broke my phone case I just recently bought when they put it on. It’s a shame that I trust them with my phone to go put my screen protector on in the back and they bring it back broken. No one even said anything to me when my phone was returned. Now I need to spend more money to go get a new case because it gets caught everyone I pull it out of or put it in my pocket. It’s just very disheartening.

Replace a broke screen saver and is worth ever penny. A lot cheaper that replacing the screen.

I did break this and ended up pulling it off of my phone, but what the screen was not broken. Plus best buy installed it for me.

I’ve had Zagg screen protectors in the past and recently purchased this version for my new iPhone 12 Pro Max. I like having the piece of mind having a glass screen protector due to how expensive it is to replace the original screen should it drop & shatter. I also like the anti microbial coating they used to help keep my screen germ free. The included frame Zagg includes to assist with installation is a nice addition also. Excellent product and got one for my wife as well.
