Charging for a warrantied item

If it's warrantied, then charge Zagg the installation fee. $8 seems to be a lot for something thats guaranteed and takes Best Buy 2 minutes to install with the reusable adapter they have.

Not what I was expecting

It also does not transmit touches and taps very well so I often have to hit an icon several times. Very expensive, too. It looks nice, though.

Cracked fast, Zagg unreachable to assist

Now trying to call for a replacement and the company is having a "training day" and I have requested a password reset (to the address I received account setup details at) and no reset password is being delivered. And yes, I checked SPAM.
