I enjoy the product and the service that I received. My only comment is not to BestBuy but to the manufacturer, which is that I would prefer the viewing surface to be more discreet to those purveying from the side. I also think it needs to be a bit easier to apply to the phone screen

Thought the repair would’ve been quicker eleven days from the time I dropped my phone off till I picked it up which isn’t Best Buy’s fault more on Apple. The guys at Best Buy were decent and friendly can’t expect much more from a store considering all else going on in the world

I like the privacy this product offers but it does not seem to last very long. One good thing about purchasing it from Best Buy is you can go in and easily get it exchanged.

The lifetime warranty on it is definitely worth it .. My only complaint is that the screen protector itself isn’t that durable they crack very easy . Had to replace it 2x in less than a month .

4 star for the product itself. Did its job but had a crack in 3 months. However, Best Buy life time warranty m3ant no hasdle and they changed it for free. So I am happy with the product. This review is for the original purchase

I love this privacy screen protector however it cracks very easily so beware the great thing is that it has a lifetime warranty to Best Buy will replace it if and when that happens.

If your brightness is half to all the way up, there’s hardly any privacy on your phone is someone is standing next to you. Protection is pretty good and I like that it offers lifetime warranty.

It protects my phone as I have dropped it a few times and others can’t see what I’m viewing. However the screen looks grainy and sometimes hard to actually see my screen

Gave it 4 stars because this edition is not as private as the ones I had on my iPhone XR and 11 Pro Max. Those i absolutely loved that’s why I went and bought one for my 12 Pro Max, but the privacy film is not as good as my previous one.

can hardly tell that the screen protector is there, and the privacy is an extra bonus! my screen is protected from scratches and breaking and I feel like my information is protected knowing people can't see my screen when they are sitting next to me

Great product in theory. Until you realize that because it’s tinted it inhibits the brightness of your screen. Just a tinge, but it does. Also, not a great match for a semi regular gimbal user. (Insert facepalm emoji) Oopsie.

Very easy to apply. Great product! You follow the step by step instructions and you can’t go wrong. If you need help, staff is always ready to assist you. They know the product that they are selling to you so your question are always answered.

Good overall feel to the screen and I enjoy the privacy protection. It does a nice job of preventing viewing when not directly aligned with the angle of the screen. It does really dim the brightness of the screen.
