There’s a bunch of diagonal lines everywhere on the protector and makes it a eyesore to use my phone. Besides that the packaging was great and easy to apply it’s just the lines are unbearable.

Went from the middle tier screen to a privacy screen and the smudge proof quality is evident. I’m always wiping my screen off with this on. If smudge proof matters to you, don’t get these.

Ok screen protector however the privacy is garbage. The viewing angle with this is not much worse than if there was a clear protector on it. There are cheaper ones that offer much better privacy!

The protection seems good and easy to apply. But I bought this specifically for the privacy feature and it does a poor job of that. Only at extreme angles does it block the screen.

Buyers beware. Cracked noticed a month after installation. Phone was never drop. Very overpriced.

I was told I had a lifetime warranty it broke after two days still waiting on my replacement that was three months ago

It’s a good screen but don’t have Best Buy put it on… the guy at the Fargo store did a bad job putting the screen protector on.. :-(

Installed at Best Buy. Cracked 2 weeks later. No known drops of the phone. Not sure how or why it cracked. Very disappointed.

Don’t like this privacy glass! I am not worried about having the reg protective glass. Going to see if Ai can exchange!

Worst investment ever privacy screen I could not notice anything different. This product is supposed to be free replacement would be great if my information was transferred correctly. I fear it is not as I try to find out about replacement.only to find Best Buy tell me that my email can’t be confirmed.. Also product broke on day one. Why can you confirm my email for this review but not my purchase..

Well packaged and comes with alignment tool so it goes on perfectly straight. Went on with no bubbles and viewing angle is good. Virtually no loss of brightness when viewed straight on. Unfortunately after a couple of weeks it started lifting up in the corner. Nothing was under the protector when it was installed and looked perfect. Disappointed with product considering the cost.

I enjoy the thickness of it, as it provides a layer of protection, but it’s hard to see in the daylight

Unless you are a spy or REALLY need to hide things, don’t get this screen protector. Don’t waste your money potentially cracking your phone because this screen protector doesn’t actually protect. Buy yourself a edge to edge one, take my word. I regret wasting so much money on fixing my phone now TWICE in one year.

First, very expensive. I was surprised when I installed it and it seems to have a place in the middle not adhered. I have installed many, I always clean screens meticulously and followed all instructions. Disappointed that apparently Best Buy doesn’t honor warranty for this type issue.

Waste of money, cracks easily. Outrageously over-priced

I’ve had this shield for only 3 months and it has started to bubble and there is a crack on the upper left corner. I wouldn’t be so irritated if it was the result of a drop but that’s not the case. I will add that we bought 2 of these and the other is fine. Not sure if this one is just faulty but either way I’m not happy.

It’s supposed to be a privacy screen but it isn’t as dark as my old privacy screen. Everyone can seen everything still. You used to be able to tilt the phone to the side and you couldn’t even tell it was on the screen would be black. You can tell it’s on if you tilt it and still read what is on the screen.

Doesn’t provide privacy. The IPhone 8 Plus privacy screen protector was way better

Screen is noticeably darker , doesn’t erase oils easily so screen always look smudgy .
