I do not like this screen protector I thought I would for the privacy when your in public but when your at home and watching Netflix or YouTube it’s hard to see to much of a glare

Picked this up at curbside pickup, installed with no issues. Tried to remove my phone case 2 DAYS LATER, and it splintered across the bottom! Save your money and go with something else.

I have been to the Montebello location 5-6 times , 5he staff out side very rude , tell you to get in the line ,nothing about the wait to open is over 1 hour ,not helpful and poor representation of Best Buy . I was looking for ink for my printer and they were not helpful,one person said better to call Amazon.. I live in Montebello since 1959 and an a business person locally and try to support local businesses, but the people at your doorstep don’t make you feel welcome of very helpful.

Doesn’t last long because the screen already cracked. I only used this like 2 weeks . The price is expensive and its not worth it

I’ve used multiple phone screens and this product wasn’t very good. It had a scratch immediately after me putting on phone.

The screen protector easily cracked.I haven’t taken it off to see if it protected the screen ,hopefully it did but it cracked the protector too easily.

I'm a serial dropper and always have a case and screen protector. I purchased the Zagg screen protector about 4 hours ago and applied it shortly after. It looked ok. The screen protector cracked from the pressure of my fingers as I was snapping the phone into the new Apple phone case I purchased at the same time. Needless to say, heading back in for a refund tomorrow. This is my first Zagg product, my iphone 7 screen protector was by Sahara Case and I think that's what I will be going back to.

Except for the fact that it broke without me dropping the phone or anything I could think that would break an expensive screen protector like this one.

This privacy screen is not as private as the screen I purchased before. Do you have other privacy screens in store for the iPhone XS Max.

Item broke within 10 days of purchase (purchased 6/10/21, returned 6/19/21). Since Best Buy has combined returns with cashiers, I had to wait for the cashier to confirm that my return would be honored. I had to spend another $21 to get an item I hope won't break (ZAGG - InvisibleShield® Glass Elite Privacy Screen Protector for Apple iPhone 11 and XR). Disappointing trip to Best Buy.

Received and applied to my new iPhone 11 Pro Max. After only 12 days I noticed a small chip and two cracks in the upper right corner near the front facing camera lens. I have not dropped it or bumped it against anything. This is my second screen protector in two weeks. The first one was from my cell phone carrier. I don’t understand what has caused it. Waiting on replacement from ZAGG. Hopefully that one will last. Worried about my screen now.

This is the second time I wasted 50$ on a screen protector. Broke both times and didn’t even fall fave first!! Ugh

Not durable at all. It fell from my lap, as I stood from my sofa, and cracked in 4 places. Not worth it.

I just recently ordered this iPhone screen protector, however I noticed it was cracked down the middle as I have not dropped my phone so I am not sure how it got there. I would like another one sent to my home if possible. It has not even been a month, should not be cracking. I asked someone to reach out to send another one to replace, haven’t heard anything yet via email.

Yeah it works fine but it I wanted a clear protector I would have ordered clear it’s not very private

The screen kept falling off after properly applying it.

This is supposed to be a “case-friendly” design. However, no matter how I place the glass there is enough overhang on either top or bottom so that, when I put the phone in the case, a corner pops up. I believe this is the version I had previously so I’ll return it and try again...maybe just a defect in this particular piece. But at this point it’s fairly useless.

This product does not last long I have purchased other glass screens and have gotten a longer use out of them. I have replaced this screen at least 4 times. I did not drop the phone or place anything heavy on it. I am unsure as to why it keeps breaking. I am glad it has a lifetime warrantee but what a waste of my time

This screen protector provided good privacy for about an hour...then it broke. Was not that durable.

Honest youll be better off getting a cheap one from Amazon. These break so easy
