Cracked Immediately

They have a warranty, but I’ve never had to replace one so quickly.

Not for Everyone

And, Zagg has a good warranty. I like the privacy feature but a lot of people don't and it does take getting used to.

Privacy for sure -

It became cracked after the first "bump" - so we'll see how it lasts from here. Will probably get a replacement soon for it. But it took the brunt of the "bump" and didn't let the phone get damaged. Also, the privacy portion works well.

Just wish it wouldn't come off...

I'm on my third one because they have all come off of the screen. The first, my phone was brand new. Both times they were installed in store and the associates did a good job with no hiccups.

I’m happy there’s a lifetime warranty and I’m hoping when I return to the store to exchange it there won’t be a problem.

Love that privacy screen and will probably only get this one from now on. It is hard to see from a side angle which is expected, and is a bit hard to see in the sun but works great privacy wise

Zagg does stand behind their products & will replace them if their is a problem. Luckily, I have yet to test the durability with drops, however my previous experiences with Zagg products and drops has been very good.

These are sturdy products especially since I drop my phone into my purse all the time. Worth the cost since the Warranty is hassle free & quick to receive replacements. Highly recommend!
