I got this, installed it and in about 3 weeks it started to peel off of my phone, the edges near the power button. I called Zagg about it and they replaced it right away. I installed the new one and haven’t had issues with it.

Its a good protector but it does tend to crack ive had to repalce it twice just dont drop your phone to much youll be fine !

This is a good service which BestBuy provides. It cracks instead of the screen on your phone. They replace it for free for the life of the phone. I have had it replaced three times and they put it on for me.

Zagg is the only brand of screen protectors we purchase for our families phones. Their customer service when replacing a broken/damaged protector is simple & you get you're new one quickly with a small fee for delivery

I’ve been using Zagg products since 2007 and I have yet to crack a screen yet! They have a lifetime warranty and now you can replace them in store for free at Best Buy if and when they crack. Worth every penny!!

I love the Zagg screen protectors since they hold up so well to regular phone drops. Even if you do damage them which I have, Zagg replaces them for free! And it’s a very simple process.

Great screen protector. It has really held up. My daughter drops her phone a lot. It's a really good product. I would recommend it

It works, but the next time I would probably upgrade to the non-glare shield, so I can use it in bright lit areas. It helps to have the shield installed by store personnel. Getting the Best Buy warranty free with purchase is a plus.

This screen protector does seem to protect the phone screen but has itself cracked several times without being dropped. I’ve replaced it 4 times in the last year and a half

Perfect fit and feel for a glass screen protector. I have confidence it will protect my phone screen well. Still gets some oil smudges from my fingers, but it really isn’t bad. Would definitely recommend to other customers

I swore I would never own another cellphone after I ruined a screen by scratching it up so much. New phone time so tome to install another screen protector. Best Buy installation makes it easy and quick once I bought it.

It's strong and durable until you drop it, unfortunately it doesnt hold up to falls, numerous cracks in it, though it has saved the screen. I have found the cheaper shield work just as good

I updated my Apple phone and requested Zagg Invisible Shield. This glass screen protector is registered and came with a guarantee. When you update your phone you should do whatever it takes to protect your purchase.

It’s definitely not fool proof but that’s just user error. Did end up having bubbles in it, got it fixed but then it lifted? Could’ve been user error but I thought it was weird that the corner lifted after it was perfectly fine. Other than that I’m very pleased.

I’ve had this on other phones. The shield protector has cracked but when it’s replaced the phone screen is still intact. Best part it comes with lifetime warranty and can be replaced at Best Buy.

Best part of the warranty is being able to swap it out for free at Best Buy instead of paying the $7 to Zagg to send you a replacement.

Bought this for my wife as her Christmas gift. Its her first iPhone and found the transition really easy and comfortable. Loves the camera and OS. I myself just switched from droid With the iPhone XR and won’t go back.

Why wouldn't you buy this product as it will last a lifetime? Love the protection it gives my screen and the clarity with no distortion.

This was my first experience with an iPhone and it has been a good one. I haven’t found this phone to be superior to android in all ways, but it does have its own redeeming qualities. The cameras and night mode are nice.

I have had it two weeks and it already cracked. Now I have to go back on the good side they will replace for free.
