Works and looks great. As with most ‘glass’ products, it’s very resistant to scratches but I HAVE cracked them within a few months. Glad for a lifetime replacement at BB.

first time using, so far so good. Application was a bit of a pain. Used to having the defender with built in screen protection, not found of adhering to screen though you do get better resolution of screen this way

I always preferred the film screen protectors over tempered glass. I found a mild sacrifice in screen quality far preferable to having a cracked screen protector half the time in frequent need of replacement, with a professional instal basically necessary. However with my iPhone 11 Pro the HDX screen was no longer an option and I went with the tempered glass. I knew it would protect my phone even if it would sacrifice itself to do so and I prepared for that by paying an additional fee to best buy for a "screen protector plan" which ensured that when I swapped my case for a replacement (always free under the Zagg lifetime warranty) I would also be able to have a no-fee instal of the new protector by geek squad. I can't remember the cost of this plan but everyone in my family would get it. Now we're total tech members and I believe it's included but we had paid for it with the protector also!! At first I probably replaced it every 2 months or so (I only would take the time for large cracks that impacted the usability of the phone, but those do happen often!) Now, it's not even 2 years later and I constantly struggle to find my screen protector in the store. I've had a really frustrating crack going on 6 months now and when there was no case in the store again I decided to hit up the website. Apparently BestBuy has stopped carrying the Zagg screen protectors for iPhone 11Pro all together?! I'm so frustrated I can't even begin to articulate it. The value in a ~50$ (purchased new) Zagg protector isn't the one protector, it's the lifetime of replacements because they crack like crazy!!! Now I have to wait 6+ weeks for Zagg to replace it and likely wont be able to have BestBuy do the instal like I had paid for. I have Never had the store totally fail me like this before. They're still carrying protectors for phones 2-3 generations older than mine!! Complete disappointment! Know if you find a rare one of these in the store, you likely will never be able to make use of the lifetime warranty when you need to!

Have used ZAGG for years given their incredible warranty. Once registered to their site, I can request a new screen protector each time an old one cracks. Worth the cost in the long run.

I can’t put these things on so I always have Best Buy do this for me and they did under the Covid times under very careful supervision and that was great thank you for that Best Buy The only thing I don’t like and that was the case the last time I bought this product, And that was that the last Scheels flakes in the corner and continued to go bad but I just let it go because I was told I had to ship it back and pay for shipping and handling and I’m not OK with that so I guess at least it lasts longer

Exceptional!! Really protects phone ( it may shatter but not your phone screen) and they really send you a free replacement ( u just be pay about $6 in no postage).

Good thing this comes with a lifetime replacement warrantee because it’s cracked three times… I’ve replaced it twice, and need to get over to Best Buy to have it replaced again!

Really protects ur phones so that it don’t crack the screens very well recommended to customers have purchase too many here recently that’s the only product we purchase through Best Buy

Threw it right on my phone and was not disappointed when i dropped my phone the screen was protected on several ocaisions and still is going strong butr oes have a crack

Have bought may Zagg Glass protectors for different devices. I have had the protector shatter but my device's screen didn't have a scratch. The guarantee is amazing and simple to use.

dropped my phone as we all do.... There was a crack but turns out that was only in the cover. I took to bestbuy and they replaced. Entire process was so easy.

Have owned several over the years. After having to replace several screens, was told by a friend to try and have not broke a screen since. Broken cover replacement is easy to get.

Had on my new phone for probably a week, dropped it and cracked the Zagg. I guess you can say it worked and spared my phone’s screen. I will replace it soon using Zagg’s warranty and life will go on.

This product is very sturdy. I dropped my phone from a pretty high distance and it did when it was supposed to do. While the shield cracked My iPhone was fine

I seriously thought my screen was cracked. Nope. The screen protector was, but not my phone! It worked, did it’s job, and saved me a lot of time and $$.

I recently dropped my brand new phone and it landed on the face and cracked. Hoping when I go get this replaced today, that my phone screen isn’t damaged. Thankful we purchased this.

One of my favorite things about this product is the fact that if the shield cracks or peels it will be replaced for free. I am quite hard on my phones and this is the third time I've replaced it.

I have saved my phone so many times with this. It doesn’t make the phone hard to use like some other screen covers and it is pretty strong. Get this please.

Fits and feels great application was easy and cleaning tools were provided in addition to an alignment tray.

Love the fact if it cracks I can get a new one at Best Buy. I have bought so many with life time warranties that I was never able to get a new one.
