I have broken about 3 of these in my life time since I’m always dropping my iPhone. Anyways when they crack, all you have to do is call them & file a claim. They charge You 5 Dollars for the shipping that’s it. Also you do have to give them a credit card as well because they will send you a new replacement but you have to send the old one back. The card on file is in case you don’t send the damage one back you get paid for the new one, they do send you a self addressed envelope so it’s very convenient for all parties.
