Great phone but even better staff!

Love the phone but the best part was the staff who helped me. Carlos and the others were wonderful. I wouldn't hesitate to shop in the phone section of Best Buy because of the dynamic and patient staff.

Shows the beauty of the phone. Makes the buttons work easily! One solid piece, instead of the older style with a gasket type around the edge. I highly recommend this product....... I previously purchased another brand from another well known site for my old phone. Although that brand was cheaper, it did not last long. Once the screen protector cracked, I purchased a ZAGG. It is durable and you don't notice it is on your phone.

I went to the store earlier than set appointment and a manager placed me in the que without my having to jump through hoops! Good service.

The quality is great. It just started to come off on the corner. It was replaced without a problem. I love Best Buy, never a problem with anything.

Last time I bought it was months before it cracked and at that time I did drop it.
