Purchased product. Ordered total care to transfer from one pc to the new one. Then when I went to use new pc, was not able to print. Applications was not accessible. And needed to schedule new appointment to see tech support for new pc install again.

The look is nice, covers the whole screen. Broke after 3 days.

It shows to many finger prints and smudges. Its just ok.

I mean, the point of glass is to protect your screen and I was barely 48 hrs when my phone slid to the floor of my car and the glass cracked. It’s a decent product as long as you always hold the phone in your hand.

Best Buy has been great and replaced two broken zaggs. The Zagg product seems to have gone down in quality. I had one on a previous phone and I’m on my third one on my iPhone 11 and it has a scratch! I’m thinking of going with another brand. Like Belkin

I prefer the old style. The glass tends to break easily

Comes with lifetime warranty can replace when needed at Best Buy. BUT I would not recommend this product as the screen protector cracks very easily, replaced too many times.

Recently purchased this product for my iPhone pro max.

the glass didn’t even adhere to the screen, not one bit. i followed the directions properly and it wouldn’t stick. i bought another brand for $14 and it works perfectly. i do not recommend this item at all.

I've owned Zagg's before and they've been pretty durable. However, this one cracked within two weeks. I was surprised as I keep my phones a long time (I'm still using an IPhone 11), and they look in almost new condition when I'm finished with them. I take great steps to protect my phone from drops or hard hits. I'm not sure what caused the cracking on the Zagg protector screen as I don't remember hitting my phone. My last Zagg lasted two years without an issue.

Did not last very long. Maybe 3 weeks max before a crack appeared. And I don’t drop my phone a lot. And when I do it’s on carpet. Theses also always seem to chip in the same place every time I’ve noticed.

It says its glass but it vary thin. Other than that there are bubbles, even thogh I cleaned it. And it is not that easy to put on. Besides all of that its sill on and working, so far

As I type this review I am reminded how poor the quality and fit of this product are - I am typing thru a cracked screen protector that has about 15% of screen completely spider webbed with cracks. This is after ten days of use. The real issues is fit. The protector extends slickly beyond the phone edge on the top and bottom. And because of that it gets caught on nearly everything. Most of the cracks are from putting it in and out of my pocket. Garbage fit. Nice box though. Hopefully I can exchange it.

This cover breaks and cracks very easy. Cant tell if it actually saved the screen or not but I have had to have it replaced multiple times. If it was not for the replacement guarantee that is free I would never replace it. In fact the next time I wont as it is becoming an inconvenience to keep going to best buy and scheduling service. As are most things in this world I feel this is just another snake oil product that does nothing.

After only 4 days there was a crack. Not enough that I’m going to change it but very disappointing and I’m a great grandmother so I’m not throwing it around. Matter of fact I don’t even carry out with me at home!

Gave these to our kids for Christmas for their new phones. Had to replace them by May because of cracks. On the plus side, Best Buy gladly replaced them, but the new ones are already cracked! Not a quality product.

Best Buy installed four of them. All four lost adhesion at the upper left and right corners. BB finally gave up and installed an Insignia brand screen protector.

Cracked within 1 month of use. Got it replaced, attempted to install it myself, but the guide didn't help. I mailed back the cracked screen saver because Best Buy no longer replaces damaged screens but Zagg's return system was ridiculous. No tracking info on envelope. After a while, they threatened to charge me full price for not shipping back the broken screen saver. I already mailed it out. There's no way for me to tell where it is. Frustrating. Never supporting Zagg again. Zero stars if I could. For the price of the screen, I expected a better product and better service.
