Scratches way to easily and not only that but the protector cracked just because I accidentally knocked my hydro flask and happened to fall down face first on the screen protector and left a crack

I searched on the Best Buy website which screen to use on an S10 se. This was recommended. It does not fit. Best option is to go in and have them help you with the order to get the right thing.

Not sure about the battery life of this phone! Looks like the battery lasted longer on my old phone. Also, not fully getting the camera deal other than you can do more editing. Not 100% sure on this purchase.

The new screen protector cracked already. I've gone for years and years without a screen break/crack problem and this Apple X protector has cracked twice in a couple of months.

I just bought this product first week of Sept , my phone dropped 1x and the screen protector already had a crack. They told me there’s a lifetime warranty so I’ll drop by the store and see what they can do for me.

The sides of the screen protector doesn’t adhere to the edges of the screen properly so you have air pockets along the edge.....YES it was put on properly. Went through two of them and then returned them.

This screen protector cracked in my pocket after one day of use. I have tried having it replaced under warranty several times, but the manufacturer’s website always says it’s “unavailable.”

For what it’s worth, having this on my phone *did* probably keep my screen from breaking, but the screen protector itself cracked easily. Wouldn’t recommend.

In less than a few weeks, my screen is all a mess. I don't drop my phone, I'm an adult who keeps good care of all of my investments. Not sure how or why my screen is a mess but it is.

After less then week some of the edges and corners seem to not stick to phone anymore. Still works fine but looks horrible when screen is black

I got a new phone so decided I should protect my screen. This product was recommended to me by a friend but I’ve been very disappointed. I’m not new to screen protectors, and have been using them for years. I purchased this on 4/30/20 and I’ve already had this protector shatter twice. I’ve not dropped the phone once. The first shattered while in my backpack which I can understand. The new one I got through my warranty shattered literally while texting which was quite a surprise. Wouldn’t recommend.

Followed the directions to the tee. Not one spec of dust or moisture and could not get this glass to set without bubbles. Tried to lift it a few times. Finally gave up.

might protect the phone’s screen from general impact but for being the suppossed Elite series, it chips at the edges fairly easy

These things are more to protect against scratches than anything else.. I’m not a huge fan of replacing them weekly.

I had to return this screen protector three days later because it was bubbling up and peeling off so bad. I know how to put these on, I’ve done them before and it looked great the first day. No bubbles or anything. Perfect and smooth. The next day there were some Noticeable bubbles going up the side. The following day I went all the way up the side and around to the top. I ended up returning it after one more day when the top had bubbles out and the corners were peeling.

these protectors are to expensive. found ones just as good on amazon for about 1/10 of the price. even with the waranty it is still to expensive.

I have went through several of these because it does not stay glued to the screen. Do not recommend.

I purchased this and had it installed at Best Buy. They did a great job installing it but, the screen protector has shifted since leaving Which caused a bubble. I took it to the store and asked to have it reinstalled which a new one was applied less than a week later the same issue occurred and had to replace it again. The adhesive must be very poor as it has occurred multiple times. The customer service at the store is 5stars however the product is 1star

I honestly like this brand and their products,this wasn’t my first time using their screen protector, but this time I am quite disappointed the cloth that was supposed to clean the screen kept leaving marks of a fur like. Therefore when I applied the screen it ended up having small bubbles where the fur was left and when I tried to fix it, it only made things worse and I ended up tossing the whole thing away which was a waste of my money and time.

I have had this for a couple of months, it is a TERRIBLE product. It is scratches very easily, and despite what it claims, it is not a glass protector, it's plastic, and pretty low quality, and doesn't fit the screen correctly. I use the Otterbox Defender series case, it used to have a built in screen of much better quality, I wish they still had a built in screen protector. Don't waste your money on this product.
