The glass is very vulnerable. I am constantly coming in to replace. I’ve had better quality from Amazon.

Phone was in my pocket with two keys and it cracked when i was walking with them together . Luckily there is a warranty on the protector .

Bubbles up yet again from not being installed properly!!! I’ve had to go through this over 3 times now and still do not have a nice clean screen protector! However, you better believe that the Best Buy employee’s have nice ones that don’t have to be replaced all the time! I’m so fed up with this and the service I receive is always terrible. They act like it’s no big deal and you should just deal with it! Just terrible.

Bought this for mine and my husbands new iPhone 11. The screen protector Cracked within the first week. Didn’t even drop the phone.

The shield was put on by a young man at the store and it started to bubble and lift within two weeks. Not a fan! For the cost.

Haven’t dropped my phone at all. Haven’t owned my phone a month and this protective screen already cracked completely through from top to bottom by simply being in my pocket. The box says it is “Smudge-Free”, but should instead say “Shows every, single, smudge and finger print”! Do NOT waste your money on this one, just by the basic one if any of this brand, as this screen may not even be that good. The screen looks like it’s been handled by 100 people with greasy hands. I am cleaning it every time I pick it up. Think I will take it back and get the basic model.

I paid to have this put on by a BB sales person. Within 3 weeks, its lifting. I even have a secure phone car. I do not recommend.

I have replaced it twice. It has a problem sticking long term to the glass around the edges

I’m sure the protective glass at some leave but install is difficult to get right. You only have one chance to get it right before the product is ruined. I failed in my attempt and ended up throwing it away. Complete waste of money in my mind given how strong phone screens have become. Additionally, I pay for monthly insurance that covers screen cracks anyway. Don’t waste your money!

Excesive price for a screen protector, you can get the same quality with a fraction of the price in amazon

It would be nice to know which end is up and which end is down. Wrong way up gets in the way of phone communication.

I can’t tell you how many times I had this replaced. At least five according to my purchase history. It has a lifetime warranty, but honestly, it’s not worth the hassle of having to explain multiple times that The item is not a quality one. I would’ve rather had my money back. This time, I just gave up and stopped trying to replace it.
