I have been happy in the past with zagg products. Not this time. This is my second sone this year. I figured the first time was a fluke, but this is the second time. I literally had my phone sitting next to me and it split. It was not dropped- I was not even touching it. It split in 60 degree weather, sitting on a table facing down. How disappointing at around 40 it should last at least a year.

Starting falling off before I even got out of the parking lot

Unfortunately I have had it for only 1 week and the screen protector has already crack from a CARPET fall, A CARPET FALL. Figured I’d go with something a little more expensive to have full protection but I was not satisfied at all with how fragile the screen protector is. I already have to purchase a new one and will probably just buy a $8 screen protector that I had for my last phone that lasted me 3 years.

Like that it had a guide to install. Problem is in installing it's almost impossible not to have some defect caught under the protector when installing. Had a small dust participle on the bottom. lifted up to remove and followed instructions in instructions. From there it went downhill quickly. Had more and more dust. Not using now. Will be returning.

I bought this because it has a lifetime warranty and was the highest quality sold at Best Buy. My husband used this for less than 3 weeks and his screen and this screen protector cracked because he put it in his pocket with his keys. He did this all the time with a previous case and protector. Very dissappointed and not sure how to adequately protect a phone screen now.

Cracked the first week. Super pricey and there are cheaper options that will offer replacements. Buy only if on sale.

This screen protector cracked within the first week we had it. Thank goodness for warranties.

scratched several times and chipped in three places without significant notable trauma

Terrible. Supposed to be a great screen protector but one day after installing the screen protector it already got a spider web type crack. I even paid for the better and more expensive zagg screen protector. My last screen protector lasted 6 months before getting a crack. This one was only one day and not even sure how it cracked.

I moved it around 10 times and can not get it to seal around the edges. Still using it just to save the screen.

Oddly enough I bought the Glass Elite for my iPhone 11 Pro. The frame you put around the case is flimsy and of no help whatsoever, but the most irritating thing was that the screen was just a tiny bit too long (not 11ProMax long, just a bit) which meant it hangs off the bottom of the case unless I wanna cover the earpiece at the top. Seriously disappointed.

Already peeling off after getting it done by an associate.

Broke within the first hour of the tech putting it on!

I wasn’t at all happy with it. It’s too thick and my screen sensitivity was diminished.

Did not adhere well to phone. Losing adhesion in the corner.

Touch screen does not work so well with this model.

Bought this on Aug 8 and here it is Sept 8 and I noticed a star in my screen protector with 3 line going up the saver. I did not drop my phone and have a cover on it. Not happy with this. My last one lasted 2 years.

Hope this works to keep screen safe, 2 stars for price and added $8 for Best Buy install?!

It got developed a bit better than the previous models.
