this is the 2nd Zagg Elite Screen Protector I've used for my iPhone 11 (had for about 3 weeks). The 1st cracked when I dropped phone (about 3 feet drop) and the 2nd began to loosen around edges. I would not buy again.

Not sure what went wrong, but the new shield already has a crack running through it. I had an employee install it thinking their experience would do it correctly??

The instructions were okay. I have an air bubble that will not come out. I tried to several times and now I have two areas that look terrible. I went to register my product and it kept saying page not found.

Put this on right when I got my 11 pro max and have been babying the phone ever since. Probably the greatest pressure applied to the screen was setting my earphones on it. There’s already a crack on the bottom left corner.

I have never broken a phone screen or cracked a screen protector until this one. I’ve been through 3 in 2 months!! I guess it protects the screen well enough, but it shouldn’t crack as easily as it does.

This has always been my go to screen protector but now it’s really low quality it always bubbles after a while and cracks so easy now and the warranty is a joke definitely recommend passing on this product

I spent the money for this for my new iPhone and it Cracked within the first month. Because of COVID I was never able to return or exchange it. I am very disappointed in this product!!

I would give zero stars if I could. Screen protector broke within 24 hours and now has cracks all over it. The one that was on it previously lasted for well over a year.

Scratches easily, shows smudges and fingerprints, and finally bubbles on the sides. Worst Zagg screen protector to date. You’re better off buying an inexpensive screen protector from amazon.

This screen saver cracked in half after 3 weeks on my new iPhone 11. Didn’t drop it either just cracked in half. Luckily Best Buy replaced it at no charge. Thank God because these screens are expensive

It didn’t last for at least a day,On Thanksgiving day I purchased my iPhone and thought to protect with screen so I purchased this product,unfortunately it didn’t protect for at least couple of hours :(

This will now be the 2nd screen protector that I will have to go back to Best Buy to have them reinstall. I purchased this the day the iPhone 11 came out.

Did not work well on my iPhone XR. Not a good fit on the screen and part of it edge is peeling off. Wish I could exchange it to see if I received a faulty one, but did not do it in time:(

I upgraded to this model due to the first one breaking within a week. Spent extra money for the extra protection, and this one is cracked now within a week and a half of purchase

It came right after I applied it to my screen. I followed the instruction to the T and still it came off. I had to order another one from a different manufacturer to make it work for my phone.

This product was disappointing... i just barely bought it and broke in leas than a day. My phone was not even dropped and kept in a bag with cushion....

I have replaced this screen cover (3) times now. If you hit it on the edge you are toast. ZAGG used to have great products, however, this is NOT one of them.

I am not impressed at all with this screen protector. It cracked the first time my phone dropped. I dropped the phone out of my hand onto my desk so it was not that far of a drop.

This screen protector shows fingerprints and skin oil terribly. Always have to wipe it clean. Threw this away and used BodyguardZ Pure 2 Edge. No fingerprints.

I had my new phone with this "protection screen" and it cracked in two places. The phone wasn't even dropped so don't know how it happened but I've never had a screen crack before.
