I purchased this when I purchased a new iPhone XR in November 2018. Just developed a small nick on the edge. Will replace it, because the roughness is annoying but definitely not necessary, with the same cover.

This is a great phone protector comes with lifetime warranty and one of the best buy associates put it on my daughters phones

I used to sell cell phones and accessories for a living, so installing a screen protector has never been a huge deal. This is no different, other than it's a bit easier now that Zagg includes an aligner. Super easy. Tough glass, very clear, does the job. It's supposed to have "smudge guard" tech built in, good luck with that - smudges and fingerprints are still very visible vs the standard glass.

Shield is really worth & installation was also simple

I give it a 2 because it did its job and did not crack my screen... however... Best Buy applies the screen protector and less than 6 hours later I pulled my phone out of my purse and it was already cracked. I did not drop it. I believe it was laid next to my wallet and my wallet has a little metal charm on it. But that shouldn’t be hard enough for it to crack just laying up against it. Not happy, and I hope I can get my money back.

This protector came off my phone within the first week of ownership, after being professionally installed. Screen scratched as it came off, will never be buying a product from this company again. Was never was able to get a warranty claim or anything from them.

Zagg products are the best. I have dropped my phone several times and this completely protected it. Excellent quality.

I have purchased only Invisible Shield products for screen protection and usually have received great products. The screen protector I purchased for my new IPhone is not such. The protector was installed in store and looked great for 24 hours. After just one day multiple points began to lose grip and will not stick back down. Now I’m stuck between driving 90 miles to the nearest store or paying to have a replacement shipped when this protector was only purchased 1 month ago. Disappointing from such a reputable company.

I’ve used Zagg shields for a decade now for iPhones, iPads, computers, etc. Never had an issue. Never needed a replacement (ok, once for my iPhone 4). This shield is trash. I’m on my third and it hasn’t even been a month. Had one randomly just start separating and detaching at the corner. Had one that mysteriously cracked in my empty pocket. To top it off, getting a replacement is a pain. I can’t do an online replacement, told to call. I call and am always caller 99 in cue. Request callback function, and don’t get called back. Waited hours for live chat to finally get replacements. Honestly, I’m done with Zagg. They e gone downhill since the inception. Can get equal products for a fraction of the cost. I’m sending this back for a third time (At my cost) for a refund and purchasing another brand protector. I mean, three in less than a month. Ridiculous.

My son saw I use inexpensive screen protectors and insisted he purchases for me one at Best Buy. He purchased a ZAGG - InvisibleShield® Glass Elite Screen Protector for Apple iPhone X and XS - Clear for $34.99. The first one didn't last a week and he took me back in and they replaced it. That one cracked too. I haven't had the heart to tell me I just took it off and replaced it with the one I bought from the dollar tree.
