I had to use my warranty only once before but Zagg sent me a replacement with no issues. It may just be overkill with newer phones coming with tough glass standard…it’s just extra protection that my save your gear.

Excellent product but...

Directions could have been clearer when actually applying the protecter. Nothing in drawing nor in written directions stated which end was to be placed at top of phone. Therefore I had to carefully remove it to place correctly and could not get rid of a few air bubbles. I truly looked at instructions to apply this item correctly so I’m very disappointed that I had to reapply.
