I have had this replaced three times and the first two times was great I took it back to where I bought this at the Muncie Indiana store they told me when I bought it if anything happened just bring it it to the cell area and they would take it off and put it on for me I thought that was great. Then I was in the Indianapolis area on Washington street and they swap it out and said there would be a charge to install this and that there is always a charge. The manager was very rude when talking to me and I’ll never go there again. Didn’t get his name but he was an older black man.

I've purchase the Zagg Glass Elite Screen Protector for my iPhone 8 Plus because I had heard mixed reviews from different people, so I decided to try it out for myself. Let me tell you that the quality of this glass screen protector is amazing. It is better than the other versions of Zagg screen protectors. You can feel the high quality material at your fingertips and it prevents finger smudges which I know a lot of us hate getting all over our phone. It may be on the pricier end, but I can assure you that it is well worth the money invested. It is sturdy and has protected my phone from many falls.

The easy applicator tray makes the positioning of the screen protector perfect every time. The glass screen protector looks like it has the ability to last a long time, so I'm pleased with this purchase.

The fact you can replace your screen for the lifetime warranty in store and not have to go through the hassle of online warranty claims and paying for shipping is worth the price in it of itself!

This glass shield is everything. With out it I would have had many trips to the Apple store for repair by now! Buy it, you won’t be disappointed.

This screen was simple to install on my new phone and has held up over a few drops and mishandlings by a 3yr old. Would definitely purchase again when needed.

Bought shield and had Best Buy install it. Dropped phone in first day and shield cracked but phone was fine. Best Buy replaced and all has been good since.

Elite screen protector was very easy to affix to my phone. There is a handy template to assist with positioning the screen protector if needed but, I did not need it.

I got the screen protector replaced as last time the person who put the screen protector did not do a good job. This time, the guy who replaced it did an excellent job, very courteous too.
