Ed Amparan was very helpful in not only repairing the screen protector, but also locating and installing another screen protector and case. While the services provided are typical and routine, it was the skills, professionalism, and customer-focused attention which stood out. It was the HOW it was done that will make me come back to Best Buy, that location, and Ed in particular. WELL DONE!
