It comes with a plastic tray to help you line up protector on your phone; however, the tolerance is not precise enough. I was off by less than 0.5mm and as a result, a tiny sliver of the screen is now exposed. For something this expensive, it should be a little more forgiving. Next time I'll opt for the $10 one.

Not even sure how in the heck the stupid thing got cracked. My two week old phone basically has to go unprotected or I have to buy another $40 piece of junk until they can MAIL another screen protector out? It wouldn't be a big deal, but apparently I have zero other options for screen protectors for this phone, which is frustrating. I've brought $15 screen protectors on previous phones that have lasted me for MONTHS through tumbles, drops, and other clumsy episodes, but not this one. Not happy with this product at all.

My phone slipped out of my pocket onto the hard surface I was about to sit on, and the screen protector smashed. It fell less than a foot, if that. On top of that, my screen broke underneath it. For something that costs $40, I was expecting a lot better.
