    Dropped my phone. This thing instantly cracked. Didn't even have it a week. The screen is in tact so, I guess it worked? But $40 for something that cracks the first time it's dropped. Won't buy again.

    I am not a fan of this screen protector at all. The reason it is so expensive is because they replace it for free whenever you need. But don't be fooled. I've had to replace mine I believe 6 or 7 times over the past 12 months. I've wasted a bunch of time doing this. My phone once slid off my couch and landed on my rug, and the screen cracked. If you are going to spend $50, then buy one that won't chip or crack at the smallest drop. I gave it 2 stars because BestBuy has been excellent at changing the screens without any hesitation. So, the 2nd star is for BestBuy and not the protector.
