I have to replace these screens every month, and I never drop my phone. The quality has gone down hill and their warranty replacement is a rip off since they charge $8 to ship which pretty much covers the price to make the screen.

Not impressed by this one. I've used Zagg products before with great success. This one I dropped once and crack down the middle. My phone was ok but, my old Zagg I had dropped my phone multiple times with no problems.

It was installed at the store by the associate and looked great. Not dust or air bubbles. But within 30 days one of the edges started to get air behind the glass shield. A little disappointed.

Screen protector easily breaks but warranty process is easy to process however if you are located away off the mainland then shipping will need to be paid for.

Immediately cracked the first light drop. Also can be difficult to apply if you don’t have very steady hands. Follow the directions completely or you’ll have annoying air bubbles.

I thought I was getting a glare proof screen protector and it’s definitely not that. I notice fingerprints and things sticking to it more than any other cover. Not what I expected for the price

I will never buy the glass elite visionguard + for the iPhone 11 Pro Max ever again I have had 3 of them installed on my phone and after a few days long bubbles appear on the screen protector horrible product will not recommend

My new expensive phone is having an issue with Texting - it freezes in text mode. Also when using speaker phone it only lasts a specific period of time until I have to pick it up and hold it to my ear bc speaker stops working. Took it back after 2 weeks and they said I had a slight scratch and so I’d have to use my Apple Care. They would not replace it I will no longer go to Best Buy to buy my Apple Products

It looks nice when its brand new but this is the second zag screen protector for my 12 pro max that broke within the first couple of days. I’m not reckless with my phone either

This invisible shield is not worthy of the price I paid. The corners are already come undone. The sticky part is lifting. Not happy considering I paid almost $50 and it hasn’t even been a month

This item was not as advertised. I took all the steps to put it on correctly and within three days it had a split down the side of it and more continue to spider. Definitely not worth the money I spent for it.

Little pricey, doesn’t seem to filter blue like stated on box. Starting to peel up about 3 -4 weeks after it was put on at Best Buy. Was perfectly placed and clear but started to pull off screen in a couple areas

My original screen from Zagg lasted a long time, so I decided to buy another one for my new phone. Within the first 3 days after installing this screen protector, there’s two hairline fractures in the upper middle part of the screen. Most of the time I don’t notice them, so I’ve kept it on my phone. However, for such an expensive screen protector, I expected a longer life from it. Poor durability now, maybe it’s a bad batch, a manufacturers defect or maybe they’ve skimped on the materials and production

This item stated on the box that it was for the iPhone 11 Pro /XS/X. However, this glass shield DID NOT fit my iPhone 11 Pro XS, it was well over an inch too small. I will be returning this product after spending $47 for it. I would suggest the manufacturer NOT list a product on its box, that does not coincide with the actual size of the invisible glass shield. It is a very good glass shield, the problem is it does not fit my iPhone as indicated on the box. Disappointing!

My expectations were high because the price of this screen protector was crazy high. What a failure, cracked 9 days after installation. I assume it might have been keys that I put in the same pocket the phone was in otherwise nothing else happened to cause this... btw, the crack quickly ran across the protector making an annoying line. I filed a claim with Zagg and they sent a replacement for nearly $8 shipping fee. This newer one cracked in a week, BAD PRODUCT, do not purchase!

Definitely not with the price. There’s $6 screen protectors at Walmart that work just as good

Not sure if it is the product or the eat. It employee that installed the screen shield but only 2 weeks in and around a corner it is loosened.

It covers the screen and protects it, but I can’t tell it does anything more than that. I’m super disappointed that I spent so much money on this with no added benefits.

Not very good, will get a better and cheaper one. Too many bubbles after application. Started to come loose after case was put on
