What a waste of time and money. I applied the screen protector following the video online. It seemed to go on fine at first but then bubbles appeared in every corner. Again, I followed the instructions to try to get rid of bubbles and it just kept getting worse. The product looked awful on my phone.

I think its the first ever protector that literally cracked on the firs day and within 5 minutes of dropping it, on the carpet! Seems that the quality went very low, and/or horrible QC. Better to get a silicone tpu case to absorb shock and that has space for falling on the display (few millimeters). Just my experience.

It was awful. All the sale people where rude and not helpful. And when I did ask for help the give me the wrong product. So I spent my hard earned money on projects that where useless. The Geek Quad have no knowledge of what they are doing. Very rude. I will travel to a different location.

Within two days the screen cracked and the phone has not been dropped or bumped.

Worst screen protector on the market , constantly bubbles for no reason, after 7 to 10 days bubbles up in the corners and save your self the trouble of this and get a Spigen screen protector it’s 35 bucks and you get 2, I now had my spigen screen protector on for over a month no bubbles or peeling

This screen protector chips and cracks easily. It advertises that it reduces smudging, but I found that compared to their cheaper glass screen protectors it smudges more. Lastly, when applying this screen protector the peel off protector does not come off. I had to rick cracking my screen protector to pull it off.

Don’t buy any screen protectors from Best Buy. Every single time, I got told that once it breaks, I can come and get it replaced for free. So I tried to and they immediately added more charges, saying since it was on “sale” when I bought it, that I needed to pay the difference in order to get a new screen

The past two have literally cracked (with no drops, no reasons?) within DAYS of application. I submitted a warranty replacement claim to Zagg and will see what they say. But hopefully they had a bad batch and will figure it out. The first one lasted for 6 months. These past two (purchased 5/19 and 5/6) lasted days. :(

The case has cracked already. Not a good quality at all.

Dear Sir or Madame, The quality of the cover is very cheap. The border started to be opaque. It looks like parts of the screen are wet and it has less than a month since I bought it. My iPhone is 11Pro and this is my 3rd Apple phone and I take very good care of my phone. Sincerely, Marlén Muccio

Did not even last one month before it cracked. Would not buy it again

I have always bought ZAGG products and have always had good experiences. This product was terrible. Started to bubble up after a couple of weeks. The worst problem was that it would smear really bad. I took it off and went with cheaper product and the phone is much more clear.

Terrible. The screen is TOO SMALL for the iPhone 12 Pro, Not fingerprint proof, NO BLUE LIGHT technology that I can see. A complete waste of money. If this product was good I would have brought about 4 to keep on hand. I brought 2, but this this is a No Go. Do not waste your money.

I have always had Zagg Screen Protectors! I have a 10 month old who is teething and puts everything in her mouth. She got a hold of my phone and put the corner in her mouth. I heard it crack and sure enough there was a small piece of glass in her mouth. Never again will I buy a Zagg Screenprotector!

So called "VisionGuard" actually changes the colors on the screen. In addition shows finger prints instantly distorting the image on the screen. Installation is not bubble-free. This is without a doubt the worst product I've ever purchased from Best Buy.

I bought this screen protestor because it advertises that it’s durable, scratch proof etc but that’s not the case. I’ve had this screen protector for a few weeks and it’s already scratched. The company offers a life time warranty but you have to pay for the replacement.

Leaves fingerprints and smudges. Not recommended at all.
