I bought one for myself and one for my mom and hers cracked both times after 2 days. I'm not sure if she was being rough but either way, it shouldn't Crack after 2 days. I've bought others that have lasted for 2 years. Not my favorite screen protector of choice.

When I traded in my iPhone 7 Plus that had the shield, there was a scratch all the way across the horizontal length of it and at a slight angle. Turns out it was actually cracked, so at some point it likely saved the phone's screen from possible major damage. Naturally I now have one on my iPhone 11 Max Pro and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Zagg shields to anyone.
