I dropped phone face down on asphalt and it cracked protector. Lifetime warranty rocks on this. Took it into Best Buy and they pulled up receipt for purchase of broken on and replaced it on the spot for free per the warranty. Even put new one on for me. Yay Best Buy and yay Zagg
