    I went in for a warranty replacement. Best Buy honored the warranty, except they up charged me for the price difference between when I bough the shield and now + and install fee. When I have had other Zagg products replaced at a Zagg location, there has been no charge for the replacement, just an install fee.

    This screen protector breaks super easily but is free replacement for as long as I own my phone. So I guess I can’t complain. Only thing I wish is that Best Buy stocked it like they did when I first bought it. Now I have to order it then go to store for installation and then they credit me the money back since it’s free replacement.
