My second ZAGG since getting an IPhone 11pro. Both lasted only about a week before it cracked. Cracked being in my purse so although it did it’s job I would rather have it be strong enough not to break just sitting in a purse. The only good thing is that there is a lifetime warranty. If these fit like the old ZAGG glass screen protectors and went edge to edge it would probably last longer.

Installation was easy but it started peeling of bit by bit within a week to the point it was annoying. I assure you it was not my first installation of a screen protector. They were no bubbles or dust particles when the protector was installed.

Was a little difficult to apply and get all the bubbles out. The last glass protector application was much easier.

The screen protector cracked and I can’t go to Best Buy to replace and now with Covid I can’t send anything back not happy

Already has a crack on it! Hasn’t proven to be that durable. I just recently bought this for screen protection!

This was supposed to be covered under warranty. They made us pay for another screen. That is just wrong

Trouble to put on. Difficult instructions. Simple idea. Harder to put on than you would think.

Collects grease and fingerprints easier, other then that it’s been great so far and has done its job.

In past I have used this on all iPhones (XR & 13) for my family. I recently got a new one for work and got the last unit in the store for this model iPhone 12. Unfortunately, it was installed improperly with major smudges under the glass by Geek Squad, so I requested a replacement. Apparently, this version has been discontinued by Zagg and/or BestBuy so I could not get a replacement underwarranty...a lot of good the lifetime warranty would do in this case. Fortunately, they gave me a similar version for iPhone 13 that generally fit. It doesn't have some of the same features as my original purchase, but costs just as much. Thus, I got less than advertised in the end. I will give the local store manager credit though for working with me to find a solution that seems to be working.

Unfortunately, this was another let-down ZAGG used to make a quality product but now have gone to this crap glass protector and yes it has a lifetime warranty but when it breaks the second day out of the package and you have to drive over an hour away to the nearest ZAGG's location to avoid paying shipping and then have to pay the 15.00 fee for them to install a new one your nearly at the price to buy a new one. It would be one thing if it was dropped to the ground and cracked but this was set down hard in the cup holder and cracked sucks that the screen protection industry has gone to this cheap crap that cracks nearly out of the box.

Yeah it’s covered under warranty but you have to pay shipping and can’t have a new one put on at store.

Already cracked within a day of purchase. Luckily I have lifetime replacements.

Fingerprint magnet. Cracks easily so I have to keep replacing them over and over again.

Not any different from the cheaper brands, save the money and just get a glass protector.

Good product, but terrible with the hands grease. Zero oleophobic. I’m all the time cleaning it.

Cracked on the third fall :(. It saved the phone but the protector cracked.
