While I'm no expert at installing screen protectors, the alignment tool worked great! As with any screen protector installation, take the necessary care to ensure the screen is perfectly cleaned (supplies included) and you are working in a clean environment. I like that is was indeed tempered glass and has not affected sensitivity and use with an Apple Pencil.
