Yes I watched their "how to" video twice and had successfully installed screen protectors before, but this is one I will never buy again. After 8 months the sides continue to have bubbles. The surface is very smugly as well. It was very expensive for something that does not provide complete protection.

However, this time after I used the screen protector on my S10, I discovered the phone was defective. When I returned the case, I was asked why I didn't return the screen protector. I was told that as long as I had the box and receipt, I could return the product.
