The glass is thick. If you are holding your phone, there's no issue with the sensitivity, if your phone is laying on something or if you're trying to take a pic, the glass doesn't allow the pressure to work.

It was scratch when they put it on at the store and they told me that it would go away and it didn't. I'm VERY Upset that they lied to me. The Cost for this Was Way to Much for the Very POOR Quality of the ZAGG SHIELD.

Purchased this for my Samsung S10 and what a disappointment. Application was terrible, even following the directions - tons of bubbles and is already peeling off. Complete waste of $45!!!

screen got a deep scratch after first day of being on my phone.

I am taking this back for the third installation by the Best Buy team. It continues to come loose from the screen along the edges.

Product Works well but a little difficult to install.

Screen protector works but as soon as you have a warranty issue you lose your screen protector and forced to buy another one. The warranty should include one if you have it, but Zagg should also offer this as a great selling point.

This thing is very thick. You have to push harder than I did with my old screen protector. $40 is a lot for something that doesn't work as well as the plastic ones.

it was hard to put on as the guide didn't well. And aft we r i put it on im constantly getting air bubbles on top amd side of phone every day as they was all removed when first applied it. I wouldn't recomend it. Pain in the butt.

this screen protector is junk. i am on my 3rd screen protector since july and they just wont stick to the phone properly. in fact the one i just had put on today 1/5/20 already needs replaced because it is so off center that the edge is peeling up already. there are always bubbles in it and the edges don't want to stick. for costing so much this should work way better. i will also say i am not sure how these are at all glass. my 2nd protector just completely fell off and i would say it seems very plastic to me. if you buy this i would definately say to buy the best buy install plan that will allow you to go back to best buy and get this replaced as often as required.

Be careful when starting to apply this screen protector. There are two liners that need to be removed during the installation process, and it's easy to remove the wrong one first (like I did), which will make it difficult to align precisely. Luckily the adhesive isn't all that sticky, so it's easy to remove. I tried a few times to get it perfectly aligned, struggled to get the air bubbles out, and then realized that there were tiny puckers on the adhesive side that couldn't be removed. I had to throw it out because it was now damaged. Read the entire instructions before trying to install.

Bubbles up, wont stick properly. Even after I went to Best Buy to replace it, the second one does the same thing.

I hate this screen protector. For some reason its impossible to see outside. And it does scratch. And its a weird texture that makes it always look dirty/smudged. Worst product ever!

Zagg used to be the go to brand for screen protectors. I've been using them since I got my first phone! Unfortunately, they have just gone downhill in the past few years. Their screen protectors do not protect against cracks, as one of my phones screen broke while the protector was on it. I recently took the protector off my current phone because there were constantly too many bubbles, even after applying a replacement. It just makes the screen visibility awful now. It's just such a shame what has happened to this company.

Had someone at the store put it on my phone screen and it has bubbles on it. Makes it very difficult to type. Also have an e-gift card that I can't access from a previous purchase.

Purchased 2 of these for me and my wife's new Samsung Galaxy S10s. Store employee applied my screen first. It slide sideways within the first minute. Had to remove it as they stated it was defective. They also installed the screen to my wife's phone. Had air bubbles the next day and is lifting on the top two corners. These have to be aligned perfectly with the concave screen or it will shift or bubble right away once you put your cell phone case back on. Zagg needs make a better screen protector for the S10. Also request for someone who is familiar with installing screen protectors on the S10.

I bought this for my S10. Be warned, this doesn't fit a regular S10. Luckily I bought the warranty for Best Buy to put this on. They had this item refunded and ordered me the correct one.

Not worth the money. Store employee installed screen saver at Hickory NC store. Bubbles at the top. Too much space uncovered at bottom of screen.

Multiple store employees tried to put this on the phone 3 different times but it failed each time within days

Ok product but majorly over priced.$45 for a basic screen protector..needed asap so I purchased for the convenience.
