It did protect my screen but I still had to get a new one. When I went on the Zagg site to get it replaced, it was $5.95 shipping.

Great screen protector, tough to get the right fit

The metal-looking frame around the glass is a great touch. The only problem was that it's almost impossible to place it on the screen in a way that does not partially block the camera.

Only down fall to these sceeek protectors is the colored part gets scratched easily but zagg has a lifetime warranty on it!! Also the manager Elie at the Best Buy we purchased this at was awesome!! I really like the matte black finish on both ends of the tempered glass screen protector. The screen protector and my otter box case in black both go well together. Almost like it’s all part of the case, not two separate products.
