About 3 weeks ago, I broke my phone and had to claim it on my insurance ($175 deductible). To avoid this happening again, I immediately visited my local best buy and got an iphone case and Zagg screen protector. Not even 3 days after purchase, my phone fell from my hand and broke the protector. I prayed that it was only the protector. After checking underneath the protector, it had broken my iphone. I am so sad and disappointed. I had no idea such a reputable company could do this to me. First time I have written a review on Best Buy just because I wanted to warn my fellow consumers.
