Required professional installation at additional cost

The glass broke when trying to apply. I followed the instructions carefully but the glass cracked across the center. Best Buy charges for them to install. Other retailers will install it for you free with purchase. Very disappointed with Best Buy and the product.

This is the second time I purchased this item. My 2 year old has an iPad that cracked the protector last year. I bought this item again, same brand and cracked again last week. Not as bad as the first one but need to replace soon.

Invisishield on iPad does not work nearly as well as it does on iPhone. Same company.... Same sales person installed both on same day. I'm constantly dropping iPhone. Dropped iPad one on carpeting from couch and screen shied cracked.

Bought this item thought it was a great purchase, but less than a week my son had cracked his screen with the invisible shield installed on to protect the iPad. Horrible purchase what a waste of money!

This protects the screen but cracked really easy when dropped even with a case on it. I don't think the actual iPhone screen would've even cracked as easily as this did

Have used Zagg in the past, but disappointed with this one - just did not adhere well.

Screen is great but thought installation should have been free due to purchasing the i-pad and screen from Best Buy?

Just like any screen protector, you have to be careful how you install it. I wiped the screen down good before installing the protector but discovered there were several specks that caused bubbles underneath. Tried to remove those specks and just ended up with a few more so living with the specks because of the cost of the product. I would recommend this but with installation warning.

the invisible shield glass screen for my Ipad mini 2 has done an adequate job of protecting the screen

Not worth the price. Had bubbles develop under the screen.

The screen protector looks great, is very thin and fits with cases well. However, the biggest downfall to this product is the durability. I've had it on my iPad no longer then two weeks and it already has multiple chips and cracks in the screen protector. I'm extremely careful with my device and did not have this issue with the Bodyguardz protector I had.
