This is the first time I’ve been dissatisfied. It absolutely interferes with FaceID, and it interferes with the screen recognizing a touch or tap. The notch for the cameras is not large enough for FaceID to work properly. As for protection the protector works the same as its predisposes. I’m sorry, but I can’t recomend this particular model. Hopefully Zagg will redesign to correct these issues.
