Directions were a little confusing. I originally put the glass on the wrong direction. I was able to pull it up and put it on the correct way but had trouble getting bubbles out from underneath it.

since it’s glass the pencil won’t write smooth and will squeak too! i love their screen protectors but i don’t recommend it if you’re gonna be using the apple pencil with your ipad! if you don’t use the pencil then yes i would recommend :)

Definitely not worth the price tag but it’s okay. It hasn’t broken yet which is good but fingerprints and smudges really show on the screen which can be a bit annoying. But otherwise it’s a solid protector.

Beware of reduced touch sensitivity and Face ID

This product is seemingly perfect and very well design. However, I can't recommend this product due to the issues revolving around reduced touch sensitivity and Face ID issues. Once this screen protector is applied, your iPad's touch responsiveness and accuracy becomes very low. Face ID also has a hard time recognizing you due to the screen protector covering two other sensors along the top of the display. You can find similar reports about these issues online.

Has issues when using Apple Pencil

I bought this protector along with an iPad Pro 11" for my sister and every time she tried making diagonal lines in an art app using the Apple Pencil they came out jagged/inconsistent. At first we thought maybe it's the iPad but after taking of the protector it worked fine. After trying 2 more replacement protector we realized it was an issue with this Zagg glass protector model in general not playing well with the new gen iPad Pros. A cheap glass protector at 1/3 or 1/4th the cost from Amazon ended up solving the issue.

This cracked the day after I installed it. Need to see if it has any guarantee, tired of spending the money to replace it when it already costs so much.

This protection for the iPad is ridiculously overpriced, but worse yet, the one I bought had a flaw in the glass and was cracked. Fortunately, Best Buy was great about exchanging it!

I have a weird issue with this iPad. My touch sometimes does not respond. I notice this is when my screen protector starts to get really oily. Never noticed this before with any zag product.

    Cracked in 15 days

I have purchased ZAGG screen protectors a few times and I love how easy they are (now) to apply. When I got my iPad Pro, I sprung for the ZAGG protector. I purchased this item on 4.16.19 and today is 4.30.19. I have a hairline crack all the way through my ZAGG screen protector. I have not dropped my iPad and my iPad was purchased the same day. Technically speaking, I didn’t even open my iPad for at least five days (I know! That sounds unbelievable but it’s true!) so for it to have cracked in a ridiculously short amount of time is BEYOND FRUSTRATING. The quality is definitely not up to the standard considering how much I paid for it. DISAPPOINTED. Sure, it’s covered under Zaggs warranty but I’ll have to pay to have a replacement shipped (which would be acceptable if I’d owned it for at least a few months)! Not worth the money.

Doesn't work with IPad Facial recognition

Installation was fairly easy but, after installation the IPad facial recognition didn't work. We went to an apple store and they were unable to get facial recognition to work also. Upon removing the screen, facial recognition again worked on the IPad. During installation we were careful not to obscure the camera which was confirmed by the Apple store employee. Our intention is to contact the manufacturer about this issue.

    Makes your iPad useless

I’ve always used ZAGG glass screen protectors for all of my apple devices and will keep the screen protector on my iPhone X. I’ve even had the glass screen protector on my previous iPad Pro (10.5 inches) but this screen protector is completely useless. FaceID works 50% of the time and the screen becomes unresponsive at times. I was in the middle of a presentation that I had to pause and remove the screen protector to get my iPad to become responsive again. I don’t know what the issue is but this is a huge no for me. I plan on returning it.

While it does its job of protecting my screen, the protector itself arrived cracked twice. The second time I got it there was a crack on the corner, but I still used it. Would not recommend if you’re using an Apple Pencil on your iPad. The surface of the protector does not make the pencil write smoothly.

    Interferes with Face ID

The screen protector interferes with Face ID. I tried at least 25 times to set up Face ID after Geek Squad installed it. (It took one try without it.). No luck. Also, the the screen becomes unresponsive at times. It took nearly ten minutes to write this review because typing is difficult due to being intermittently unresponsive.

I’ve always used Zagg screen protectors. This one interferes with Face ID and the screen becomes unresponsive at times. I’m going to have to remove it and take a chance on not damaging my screen. I’m out 65.00 dollars or so. Don’t buy this product.
