Geek Squad installed it and sure enough facial rec stopped working. bought the other brand of glass screen cover they have and works like a charm.

I was expecting a guide for application, just like the ones for iPhones. Not only was this item very difficult to install, but bubbles have continued to form. I’m sure I will end up removing this shield very soon. Don’t waste your money.

The install was done in store and he did an excellent job. However the design of this version covers the cameras required. I have always bought Zagg but unless they change the design I can’t recommend this one for the 11” iPad Pro

Touch doesn’t work well with this one. Breaks my heart to give this a low rating. A screen saver is a must have so on a positive note....it does protect the screen.

Now I get an error telling me to lower my iPad but it never recognizes my face. It will not allow me to even set it up.

Not that difficult to add that to the instructions. Otherwise, it does what it's supposed to do.

This was a replacement of my previous one that had cracked due to dropping my tablet. My screen was safe but I did get a large crack in the screen protector.
