ZAGG screen protector for my iPad Air Gen 4 is great. The only negative is the instructions are not clear on orientation of the screen protector to the iPad itself. There is nothing that indicates/reminds end users what the iPad orientation should be. I installed it upside down after I looked at the picture on the box. Needless to say I was upset. I spoke the customer support and they assured me it should have not negative performance impact.

Absolutely wonderful quality and feel and ease of putting on. Keeps my iPad screen protected greatly.

This screen protector went on smooth and took a short amount of time to get the rest of the small bubbles out on its own. I initially had problems with the face unlock feature, but I guess it worked itself out when the protector settled the rest of the way. I was able to reposition the screen protector after 24 hours, but I was cautious not to crack the screen as I peeled it back up. The apple pen is a little slicker​ on this one over the actual screen, but I hear there are better options if you plan on writing a lot.

Easy to put on, but it didn’t give guidelines on which side to lineup. Had to remove and put it back on to not block the face recognition. Created a bubble.

These are terrific. Easy installation, great protection and they don't impair the screen viewing quality.

Good protection for your iPad screen. Although it might seem a bit pricey, but the quality more than makes up for it.

Zagg offers quality glass screens. I have only replaced them due to product upgrade not because of screen failure.

This screen protector, as every other one I’ve ever purchased from ZAGG, seems to be well made, fits the device well, and is almost undetectable once applied; however, Face ID on my new iPad Pro is now essentially useless since installation. The installation itself is flawless, but thanks to not having a cutout for the proper sensors, Face ID is hit or miss at best. This seems to be a common issue online and I’ve tried all the tricks to no avail. There are no bubbles around or in front of the sensors and I reset Face ID with the protector on (which was no small feat itself), however I consistently get the “Camera Covered” error. As much as this screen protector gets everything else right, I can’t recommend it until the cutout at the top is extended or something else is changed to remedy the issues with Face ID.
