This is the first Zagg iPad Pro 12.9 screen protector I dislike, the touch response is something slow or not there at all. I would remove it but it will keep the screen scratch free until I find something better. So don’t waste your time and money on this item.

It’s a good screen protector but it often causes issues with the true depth camera that can be frustrating. It also was difficult to install. One would think for $70 it would come with an easy application piece that would help. Also I followed the instructions perfectly but still ended up with a few bubbles.

after 3 weeks, lots of bubbles start to show up.......

Its not an accurate description. The product is not a perfect fit for gen 6 ipad pro. I bought it and all the sensors/fromt facing camera was covered.

I applied this according to the directions, and there are so many air bubbles in the screen that will not come out. I’ve bought much better protectors on Amazon for much less. I would not recommend this product.

This is what the genius told me would work to protect my iPad and work with what I already had but will only work if you have an otter box not for anyone who has a logi key board protector.

I found the Screen Protector to be easy to install, sturdy, very clear and as sensitive to Apple Pencil and touch input as the native iPad screen. I am completely pleased with this product.

This is absolutely the worst solution to protect your expensive Apple iPad Pro, 12.9”. The package says it’s for the 12.9” however it does not come close to covering all of the surface area of the iPad. Why would anyone want to leave the fragile edges and corners exposed, not to mention ruining the fluid look and feel being destroyed by this “want-to-be protector”. For $50, the manufacturer could have done much better.

I simply could not install this size without bubbles. Even though I got a replacement quickly, had the same problem with the second one… I give up!

Have installed these before even this model on an older iPad without much issue. This model on the 12.9 inch was next to impossible. After I installed, there was a couple of very small air pockets. They grew pretty quick and it got to a point where I had to remove the screen protector and I’m shopping for a new one. Not even sure how to return, so I may be out of luck. If the NJ stores ever open, My suggestion would be to have employees install this item (Geek Squad or phone department). By the way, giving 2 stars instead 1 due to previous happiness

I purchased a screen protector for my 10” iPad but this says 12”. I didn’t notice until I just got my replacement from Zagg and noticed it said 12” instead of 10”. I’ve never own a 12” tablet....

The case was not difficult to put on. The major problem I have had is in the touch sensitivity. It doesn't read my indication when I try to type. Has proven frustrating. I will probably return it.

Though we cleaned the screen vigorously, dust still found a way onto the screen. What sort of sterile vacuum would be required to prevent detritus bubbles is beyond me.

This screen protector is absolutely useless. I had it on my new iPad Pro for less than 48 hours and already, I started to see bubbles around the corners. The screen protector is very glossy so glare on it is awful compared to what my iPad screen has, and it’s so much more prone to smudges than my iPad’s screen. The glossy finish also makes it impossible to clean, no matter how much you try, smudges still remain on the screen. On the bright side, I haven’t had any issues with using Face ID or my Apple Pencil like some other reviews are saying.

Really not bad! Looks so nice but not great. Need a double protection.

The first one I got broke when putting it on. When I had the service guys put the second one on it had a defect in it. The third one finally worked.

Pretty upset I spent a good amount of money for this screen protector for it to have the quality of a cheap protector off Amazon. I never once dropped my iPad but I woke up to a small fine line of a crack. It was okay bc it wasn’t that noticeable but now that crack has spread into 6 different cracks on my screen. I’ve only had this for a month. Honestly really upset I gotta purchase another one already.

Struggled putting it due to lack of instructions and poor design

It would not work on the case I bought. Be careful if buying a case for it.
