I haven’t even dropped my phone yet! Still within its return policy so I may see if they’ll exchange it, don’t want to pay ZAGG the shipping cost to replace it under warranty when it’s clearly faulty!

My old screen protector cracked after two months, and I'm not hard on my cell phone. The lifetime guarantee works for me just in case. I had Best Buy install it so if it ever does fail not only will they replace it for free, they will install the new one for free. Win-win situation
