It seems to crack easily but it has a lifetime warranty so it’s only inconvenient to have to go by and get a new one.

This replaced a damaged tempered glass phone screen protector. I was sold a plastic one by mistake so it was replaced by the right one of tempered glass! The Geek squad really helped me by installing the correct one after they realized the mistake. Great job...Thank you.

I put this screen protector on my phone and two days later there were three longs cracks on my screen. I thought it was my phone screen cracked but it was actually the screen protector that was cracked. I never dropped the phone or anything for the screen protector to crack like that. It looks really bad and actually looks like the screen is cracked. It’s a waste of money if you ask me.

Just ok. I dropped phone and noticed small crack. It was put on for me by Best Buy team when I purchased my new phone.

Worked well for a while but then cracked. Phone was dropped from a short distance. One that wouldn’t think would be an issue. When we picked up the phone the screen had cracks all over

This screen protector showed a significant scratch after merely three weeks of use even though nothing notable happened to cause it. One could argue, however, that the protector did do its job in protecting my screen. The thickness of the screen, however, has reduced the touch sensitivity of the screen itself and I have also noticed it becoming grimy rather quickly. Overall, I expected better for the price.

I am disappointed in this product. The original screen shield lasted almost 2 years without a crack (and had a very obvious cause when it did). Best Buy required us to replace with this product on 3 family phones - and all three now have cracks again, with much less apparent causes - within weeks. Truly appears to be inferior to what they were using before.

I am not impressed with this product as finger prints are quite prominent. For the price paid zaags should provide better quality.
