Warranty replacement was free for the product but Zagg charged me $10 shipping for the replacement. We went with a more expensive product thinking it’d be better, but probably would have had the same protection with a cheaper option and not be out another $10 shipping to replace it.

However, 2 weeks after getting it, it cracked in two different places without being dropped.
