Very upset. This product cracked two hours after I purchased it. It has a lifetime warranty on it but the company is out of stock.

This seemed better than previous versions but the “microfiber” cloth left lint behind all over the phone. I was as careful as possible but there were no less than 7 spots where it left lint/dust behind, even after using the dust sticker. Once that gets on the adhesive screen protector, it’s hard to fix it. Total waste of time and money. Wouldn’t buy again for any price

The glass has started to life up already and it is less than 10 days old. I noticed a light area in the middle of the right side a few days ago. It is quickly growing and I assume will get worse. I Installed this glass on a new iPhone 11 following the instructions. The included alignment tray was nice but it’s already failing. I’m very disappointed and will be purchasing a replacement from an online competitor that stands behind their product.

It’s great screen saver, and I always trust Best Buy when it comes for my production.

The help was very good, Efficient and knew all of the answers without hesitation.

Has been great so far, hope it lasts as long as my last one did. A must have unless you want a big bulky case.

I have had many invisible cases on many iPhones and throughout the years I have learned to never pay more than $10. I was convinced that this one was well worth the money at almost 3 times the price and literally after one day it cracked. It was advertised as 9x stronger than any other of its kind and I could not be more disappointed. I have only broken one prior to this one in all my years of using them and this was the first time I paid more for less.

Love that they replace for free if cracks. My son already cracked it after a month.
